Flagstaff is a special place for my family and luckily it's much cooler than Phoenix, making it a perfect weekend getaway for the holiday. We stayed in a quirky, modern house with awesome architecture. The mornings were spent enjoying tea on the front porch of my dreams. We hiked Fatman's Loop trail, which was a 2.4 mile hike with some great views of Flagstaff. The boys (my huskies - Harvey and Kova) were able to enjoy 70 degree weather and of course we had tons of laughter along the way.
This mini trip was energizing and inspiring.
